Agentic AI / Multi Agent Developer
Design and build agentic AI and multi agent systems end to end, from choosing and fine tuning models, to tool use and orchestration, to shipping and evaluating them in production. You should be comfortable across the whole development stack and deep in modern LLM tooling.
What you’ll do
- Architect and build multi agent systems and agentic workflows (planning, tool use, memory, orchestration).
- Integrate LLMs across providers, including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI and open weight models.
- Build RAG pipelines with vector databases and strong retrieval evaluation.
- Fine tune and customize models (SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, preference tuning) with proper datasets and evals.
- Implement function calling / tool interfaces, guardrails and safety layers.
- Own full stack delivery across frontend, backend and APIs to turn agents into real products.
- Deploy, monitor, observe and continuously evaluate systems in production.
What we’re looking for
- Strong software development across frontend and backend (Python + JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Deep, practical LLM knowledge and prompt engineering.
- Experience with agent frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar).
- Hands on fine tuning experience with datasets, SFT, LoRA/QLoRA and evaluation.
- RAG and vector databases; API design; cloud deployment.
- Rigorous evaluation and testing discipline for nondeterministic systems.
Nice to have
- MLOps and model serving (e.g. vLLM), open weight fine tuning.
- Model Context Protocol (MCP), voice AI, or multimodal experience.
- Contributions to open source AI tooling.
